Jersey City is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Jersey City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

No matter where I go eat ramen, this place is THE BEST RAMEN IVE EVER HAD. The black garlic ramen is my favorite thing to get. Iโ€™ll never not love it here.

I went to visit Ku Ramen for their lunch special. I ordered the General Tso Chicken lunch special which is $11.95 and it includes fried rice and a spring roll. I know people usually comes for the Ramen but I come for the General Tso Chicken. They cook it the way it is suppose to be which is crunchy, sweet and spicy, and saucy. You can't beat the price but there is going to be a wait so make sure you have 20-30 minutes to wait there because everything is made fresh to the order. The inside is very nice, spacious and decorated with Anime.

Great food. Excellent service. Nice dining event. The owners kindly accommodated our large group of over twenty people. They allowed us to combine several tables together. They listened to food allergies, etc. Food came out as it was made and we quickly had most of the dishes and drinks ordered. The owners went the extra mile in ways not often seen such as assisting a disabled diner into the restaurant and to his seat. They offered us bottled waters at no charge too! We visit the area for the Jersey City Assembly Hall three times per year, and weโ€™re definitely putting this establishment on our list of places to eat! We had their pork with onions dish, chicken teriyaki, popcorn chicken (fried in corn starch- not wheat flour!), shrimp & vegetables. So many delicious entrees to choose from!

I ordered tonkatsu ramen, takoyaki, and pork gyoza. Takoyaki is so delicious, just what I expected. Pork gyoza is really tasty. Tonkatsu ramen is also great, itโ€™s not so seasoned which is good, so you can add some of the spices you prefer. If you order a take out, the soup will be separate from the rest of the contents, which makes it easier to carry. The only downside is the pork belly topping instead of real tonkatsu. But, nevertheless itโ€™s still delicious. I will definitely come back for more takoyaki! The waitress was polite, the inside of the restaurant was clean. Definitely a good place to go for lunch or dinner.

We were so happy to see a new Ramen place open so close to home!! The restaurant has authentic food, great service and such a cool vibe. We tasted two robotayaki skewers (mushroom and eggplant miso), chicken cutlets and rice and the vegetarian ramen. All the dishes tasted amazing. The host was really kind and helped us pick great dishes. Overall, we loved the restaurant and will definitely be back for more.
